Facing your fears

Fear is nothing more than a conditioned response to a perceived danger. It is all about our belief. If we think that the substances out there is dangerous and fearful then it is, else not.
There nothing wrong in forcing yourself to face the fear and to overcome it but if you are gentler then you have more options which are as follows:
1) Convince yourself
2) Plan accordingly
3) Visualize a different outcome
4) Shrink and squeze and squash your fear like a bug

Finally use your fear as an awareness tool to correct yourself and make you strong.
